About

I’m a slovak 🇸🇰 researcher and artist, with a passion for mammalogy. My goal is to rigorously reconstruct extinct species and deepen our understanding of life, both long lost and still present. I specialize on the groups Euarchontoglires and Ferae, but I am also partially interested in a lot of different clades and other extinct or extant organisms. My passion lies in ecomorphology, evolution, systematics, and behaviour.

You can find here articles from before-mentioned fields, my gallery of art and photos or anything I might find interesting at the moment. All the credit of the research I write about, goes to the authors of the papers I reference (always at the end of the article). This is my personal website (hence the name) and the articles that I wrote have a main purpose, and that is to make a comment or accompany the illustration I produced. My researching skills are constantly developing so it is possible that some articles I wrote months or years ago might have some inaccuracies in them. Therefore, this website serves as a personal portfolio of continuous researching, learning and reflection, rather than a rigorous or citable source.

If you want to spread my content somehow, you need to consider that all of my art and photos go under:Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license (CC BY-NC 4.0)
